To guarantee absolute safety for both event hosts and professional chefs, Sabor integrates a robust double-entry split payments ledger simulated on top of Stripe Connect.
When a booking is locked in, the customer pays a deposit (or full sum). This payment is immediately logged on Sabor's ledgers and placed into a secure escrow account. Funds are released atomically to the provider's wallet balance upon successful completion of the catering event.
